REGISTRATION

Your registration is not complete until all fees are paid. Registration is recorded on a first-come, first-served basis. Some events do sell out, so register early! Early-bird RSVP deadline is on or before May 19. Walk-ins may not be able to purchase tickets at the door or secure a room – please plan ahead!

ALL EVENTS ARE CATERED AND ADVANCE RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED. Confirmations and directions will be forwarded upon receipt of your paid reservation. If your registration is received after an event is SOLD OUT, your reservation will be placed on a waiting list and you will be notified immediately. All event rates are per person.

Please note early-bird pricing discounts. The amount you pay is determined by the postmark date of your reservation. We encourage online reservations on our secure website: alumni.oswego.edu/reunion.

Each guest must be registered for either the Friday “Come As You Were” BBQ or BOTH the Saturday Reunion Tailgate and Saturday “Oswego State of Mind” Concert to stay on campus. RESERVATIONS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED BY PHONE.


REFUND POLICY
Refunds (minus a $10 processing fee) will be issued only for cancellations received before the early-bird RSVP deadline of May 19. There will be NO REFUNDS issued after May 19. For more information regarding any of the above, please call the Reunion Hotline at 315-312-5559.
