THURSDAY, June 8
Class of 1962 Kick-Off Dinner 6 p.m. – Buffet of Chicken Picatta, Oven Roasted Potatoes, Three Cheese Baked Ziti, Chef’s Vegetable Du Jour, Rolls and Butter. Cash bar.
Class of 1967 Kick-Off Dinner 6 p.m. – Italian Chicken Breast, Haddock Italian Style, Eggplant Lasagna, Italian Roasted Potatoes, Penne, Green Beans with Garlic and Oil, Chef Salad, Rolls and Butter, Carrot Cake, Coffee and Tea. Cash bar.
FRIDAY, June 9
Psi Phi Gamma Luncheon 12 p.m. – Buffet of Sausage and Meatballs, Rigatoni, Italian Bread and Tossed Salad. Cash bar.
Class of 1977 “The Freshman Experiment” Reception 4-6 p.m. – Light snacks and non-alcoholic beverages.
All-Alumni “Come As You Were” BBQ 6-9 p.m. – All-you-can-eat buffet of Grilled Chicken Breast, London Broil, Tomato and Zucchini Casserole, Tossed Salad, Fresh Fruit Compote, Grilled Vegetables, Salt Potatoes, Dinner Rolls, Congo Bar, Lemon Bars and Almond Joy Brownies. Plus Fresh Fruit with Chocolate and Yogurt Dipping Sauces and Fresh Garden Vegetables and Naan Dippers with Ranch Dressing, Red Pepper Hummus and Garlic Hummus! Omicron Xi 35th Anniversary Luncheon 12-4 p.m. – Buffet of Hors D’oeuvres, Build-Your-Own Taco Bar, Baked Potatoes, Sandwiches and Salads. Cash bar.
All-Alumni “Picnic on the Lake” 12:30-3:30 p.m. – All-you-can-eat buffet of Gianelli Sausage with Peppers and Onions, Hamburgers with Toppings Bar, California Burgers, Hofmann Hot Dogs with Texas Hot Sauce, Macaroni Salad, Salt Potatoes, Kale and Cherry Salad and Strawberry Shortcake. Two beverage tickets for your choice of beer or wine. Food will be served from 12:30-2:30 p.m.
Golden Alumni Society Luncheon (1942-1967) 1 p.m. – Entree Option 1: Chicken with Lemon-Beurre Blanc Sauce; Entree Option 2: Summer Vegetable & Risotto; Both served with: Rolls & Butter, Cheesecake with Fresh Sliced Strawberries and Coffee Service. Cash bar.
