Dinner menu includes: Chicken picatta; oven roasted potatoes; penne pasta tossed in a vodka blush sauce; chef's fresh vegetable, garden salad with house dressing; rolls and butter; pumpkin cake with cream cheese frosting; coffee, decaf and assorted teas. Cash bar.

Bill Shine ’85 is the executive vice president for programming at the Fox News Network. Bill is responsible for the oversight of all programming and production for the network. Bill has been with FOX News Channel since its inception in 1996. Last year FOX was the third most watched cable channel in America. Before joining FOX, Bill was the Producer/Director of Final Edition at NewsTalk Television, the network's late night show. He also worked as producer, director and production manager at WLIW-TV (PBS) in New York, where he received an Emmy nomination for best health documentary in 1994. Bill began his career in 1985 as a producer/director at WLIG-TV in New York.  He has returned to campus as an A-I-R (Alumni in Residence) Volunteer, hosted students at Fox News during New York City Career Connections and is a member of the inaugural SCMA Advisory Board.
