With Classes, Calling Commences
The cool fall air is a sign that Oswego students are back in classes. They have bought their books and stocked up on cheap noodles. The less experienced (or weathered, that is) students have already had their brand-new umbrella turned inside out.

Rich with teaching-and-learning potential for generations to come, the Richard S. Shineman Center for Science, Engineering and Innovation and the new Rice Creek Field Station opened for classes Monday ahead of more fanfare to come in October.

Oswego Athletic Adds New Faces for 2013-14
With the start of a new season comes three new faces in the Oswego State Athletic Department. Derek Rousseau has been hired as head coach of the men’s and women’s indoor and outdoor track and field teams. Stephen Papay has been added as an Assistant Athletic Trainer and Michael Bielak has been named Sports Information Director (or SID).
